Forever in your heart and home
There is no greater loss imaginable than the loss of a child. The one you most want to hold close is the one you have to let go. The memory remains, and it can be captured in a sculpture. With a realistic portrait or figurine, you can give your child a tangible place within your family and your home.
Approach
If your child has passed away, you’re welcome to get in touch with me. Please feel free to call.
I’d be happy to visit you to talk about how you’d like to remember and capture your son or daughter. With your permission, I’ll take a few photos and some measurements.
Has the funeral already taken place? Don’t worry — I can simply work from the photos you have.
At home, I’ll create the sculpture. I’ll share the progress with you and shape it entirely to your wishes.
After that, I take it to the foundry, where the sculpture is cast in bronze or resin.
Once it’s completely finished, I’ll bring it to you, and your child will have a lasting place in your home.
Price
It’s difficult to give a price indication, as this depends entirely on your wishes. Both the size of the sculpture and your choice of material make a big difference here. Once I know what you have in mind, I can give you a more precise estimate.
I can well imagine that, in this situation, you’re already facing many unexpected costs and that it can be a difficult decision whether there’s still room in your budget for a sculpture.
Please do talk to me about it, and don’t let it be a reason not to get in touch.
The memory of your child matters most of all.
I’m happy to think it through together with you.
